My Tips

I have good skin because I'm on the accutane cream and the birth control pill (mostly the pill, I barely use the accutane cream anymore but in the beginning it helped)

I recommend eating a balanced diet and drinking a lot of water. If a balanced diet isn't applicable for you (because it's so expensive to eat healthy, I understand!) I recommend the water the most. Hydrate your body!
